What we built

One record of every household collection and the bill that follows it. Collectors mark each holding from a phone app as they work, ward offices watch the day fill in on a live map, and every holding is billed monthly, with payment by bKash, Nagad, card or cash.

• Live status map of all 75 wards: green when complete, gold in progress, red where nothing came
• Collector phone app built to be used without reading, in Bangla or English
• Resident portal: collection history, monthly bill, online payment and missed-collection reports
• Automatic monthly billing per holding, with numbered receipts for cash handovers
• Complaints, vans and collector assignments for ward offices
• Revenue and dues reports, payment gateways and data feeds for other systems
• Full-screen display board for control rooms that refreshes every minute
